To my shame, I’ve never really played Super Mario Bros. 3. With free Wii points from Nintendo Stars finally a reality, I thought I’d rectify this problem.

Optimism

Making my way home from the pub, I thought that I’d try a photo of the moon. With no tripod. As a result, I was overjoyed with how well this turned out i.e. not abysmal.

This was the sum effort of The Fox’s Christmas decorations. They clearly put a lot of work into it.

Evidence for MOO love

The order arrived days ago, and I only spotted this little drop today hidden away inside the packaging of the stickerbook. This is why I love MOO so much.

‘Einstein’s’ Logic Puzzle

While it almost certainly wasn’t invented by him, it gets billed as his all the time. I’d not tried it in the past, so after Phil did it and encouraged me to try, I did so. It took me about an hour multitasking with MSN, and was quite satisfying if a standard logic puzzle.

Sleepy

When I arrived at the pub this was the sight that greeted me. She was later told that it was illegal to sleep in pubs – maybe if she was on her own, I could see it, but she wasn’t, there were a few of us there with her who were chatting and buying drinks.

MOO Order

My prize of a MOO order (after getting runner-up in the People PoweredHoliday Store) arrived today. I don’t think there’s a product theycould make that I wouldn’t like. I got the best of the 365 photos inthis batch, and bunch of other photos that work well lying around.

Leaves Left

Given how much wind, rain and frost we’ve had recently, I wasstaggered to see that some trees still had their leaves on here. Mostinteresting about this photo, I feel, is the texture on the leaf.

German Decoration

We had a couple of boxes of German decorations like this from when Mumand Dad lived over there in the 1980s, but they bit the dust six orseven years ago. As a result, we got two big boxes of new decorationsin an identical style posted over, which now adorn our tree.

Northern Lights

Actually the most disappointed I’ve been in a movie in quite a while. Lost a lot of the atmosphere, and finished too early.
